While it is true that most of our work is on the modern piano, we also service and restore historic keyboard instruments such as forte pianos and harpsichords as well as small reed organs.
Early keyboards are a specialty of their own.
Forte pianos are regaining popularity for the historic context they bring to music. These instruments often end up unplayable due to age and lack of attention as many technicians will simply refuse to work on them.
Reed organs offer a different flavor!
Similar to forte pianos and harpsichord, reed organs have a small but dedicated following.
